UKRAINIANS INTERNATIONAL e.V. was founded at

  • the promotion of the integration of Ukrainian fellow citizens, especially with regard to language acquisition of the German language,
  • Assistance with dealing with authorities and communication,
  • Help with finding work and housing,
  • Help in setting up independent existences as well
  • the promotion of sporting and cultural participation in Germany and/or a country of the European Union
  • to advance.
  • The main aspect here should be based on the principle of “helping people to help themselves”.

The purpose of the statute is realized in particular by:

  • Development of own offers for language courses, tutoring by Ukrainian/Russian speaking teachers.
  • Assistance with administrative procedures and correspondence with the authorities
  • Active help in finding suitable jobs, recognition of qualifications and active help during the employment phase. Help with dealing with the tax offices and the Federal Employment Agency as well as the job centers and the implementation of their professional promotion measures. In the medium to long term, it can make sense to develop and operate a temporary employment agency in order to be able to create jobs for as many people as possible.
  • Active help in finding accommodation and financing housing options. This takes place in the coordination of residential communities. If landlords are not willing to rent to a tenant of foreign origin, the association can act as a tenant to ensure the landlord's security and then rent to refugees.
  • Active help in setting up self-employed businesses and founding companies. To this end, the association can also invest in start-ups.
  • Assistance in participating in sporting and cultural life, in particular through cooperation with existing organizations and clubs. At the beginning, the focus is primarily on cooperation with sports clubs, music clubs, church institutions, etc. In the long term, club activities etc. can develop from these beginnings.
  • Promotion of events for mutual cultural exchange.

The association is selflessly active; it does not primarily pursue its own economic purposes.

Everyone who feels called to contribute something to our association is hereby called upon to participate, be it as an active or passive member, as a supporting member or donor.
